Mike Bonilla, the founder of Green Drop Property Management, is highly experienced with landscaping and masonry. Mike was inspired by his mother to start his own business.

Our Mission
We Aim to Build a Better World
Our design and installation process begins with an initial consultation with owner, Mike Bonilla, to discuss your goals, ideas and material preferences in detail.

Based upon the consultation, we will provide a hand sketch of the proposed design for your review. You will have the opportunity to discuss any changes to the design and/or materials before the quote is finalized. Once the quote is approved, a contract for the work will be signed and we will schedule installation.

Our experienced and professional team will complete the job to your satisfaction, and ensure your property is clean and undamaged. Following installation, we are available to maintain the work we've completed, including sealing to preserve color or joining sand, and re-pointing mortar joints — for the lifetime of the product.
